Please be prepared to undergo a short screening process to help ensure our mutual safety. Screening may consist of at least two of the following...

1. Photo of I.D.  (everything may be blurred except birth date and name). This can be submitted via Email.

2. Two recent provider references (from the last year).

3.  Employment verification via Linkdin, and a selfie of you with your of your work I.D.

Mutual safety is my top priority when concerning screening, and any information that you send to me is kept confidential and deleted after we meet.
